These terms cover your use of this site and anything you buy from Coached By Jason (“we,” “us”). By using the site or making a purchase, you agree to them.

What you’re buying

The Personalized Workout Program is a digital product. It is generated from the answers you give in the questionnaire and delivered by email as a PDF after payment. Delivery usually happens within minutes. If it hasn’t arrived within 24 hours, email jasonrepsit@gmail.com and we’ll resend it.

All sales are final

Because the program is a digital product delivered immediately, all sales are final and non-refundable. This applies to programs and to any coaching purchased through this site.

Your answers

Your program is built from what you tell us. Give accurate answers about your goals, schedule, and training days. We are not responsible for a program that doesn’t fit because the answers weren’t accurate.

Personal use only

Your program is for you. Don’t resell, share, or republish it. All content on this site and in your program belongs to Coached By Jason.

Health and safety

Training carries risk of injury. Read the Coaching Disclaimer before starting. Talk to a doctor before beginning any exercise program, especially if you have a medical condition or injury.

Coaching waitlist

Joining the waitlist is free and doesn’t guarantee a coaching spot. Coaching terms and pricing are shared when applications open.

Payments

Payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your full card details.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Coached By Jason isn’t liable for any injury, loss, or damage resulting from use of this site or any program, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid.

Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows when they last changed.
