What we collect

• Program questionnaire: your name, email, goals, hours per week, and training days.
• Coaching waitlist: your name, email, Instagram handle, goals, and anything you add in the optional note.
• Payments: handled by Stripe. We receive your name, email, and payment status, never your full card number.

How we use it

• To build and email your program.
• To contact you about coaching if you joined the waitlist.
• To answer your questions and keep records of purchases.

We don’t sell your information.

Who else handles it

We use a few services to run the site: Stripe (payments), Vercel (hosting), Neon (database), and an email provider to deliver your program. They only process your information to provide those services.

How long we keep it

We keep order and waitlist records while they’re needed for the purposes above or as required for tax and accounting.
